I have one that looks exactly like that and was sold to me as a snow blizzard. Bred to a normal, 4 hatchlings all non-snow, but developing that het blizzard speckled pattern.

looks murphy patternless to me i had one in the past that looked just like that but he was like a mood ring sometimes he was a very bright yellow and other times dark like this he was a awesome gecko

Looks like a Murphy to me. Too much carrot tail for a Blizzard in my opinion.
