What is this morph?

I'm guessing a Tangerine Super Hypo but I'm not totally sure so I wanted some other opinions.

Has to be at least 15% to be CT. Looks like, in the pic, that the orange takes up a quarter, 25%, of the tail.

The whole part of 15% has to be solid, not blotches like this one. Therefore it is a SHTB.
