I'm sorry but I have to say that I hate the freaking Friends List feature on this forum update. I love all of you guys so will you please be my "secret friends"? :main_lipsrsealed:

Either I have to accept everyone or offend people I don't accept so I'm choosing to avoid the situation and not have anyone on my friends list. I was going say something clever about it in my signature but apparently I can't have any more characters.

It's kind of weird.........Mel, I tried it out on you (before I read this - LOL!!!!) to see how the heck it worked........ So far, I've accepted everyone that's asked. (a few are my friends, and a few.......I guess they're gecko friends?)

It doesn't bother me, it's kind of fun I guess, but I'm not sure what it does? Does someone win a prize if they have the most friends? :main_laugh: Do you get to do secret "friends chats?" It's all kind of new to me, and since I don't use myspace or anything, it's pretty foreign. Although this feature is on reptile geeks, and I've had lots of folks ask me to be their "friends" that I have no idea who they are..........of course, I accept them all, not having a clue what I'm doing. (well, I do check their profile to make sure they didn't post a nude picture of themselves or something, or talk about their pediphilia tendancies.......)

Gawd, I'm so techy challenged. I must be getting old..........*sighs*

It's ok Debbie. I actually thought about trying out the add infraction feature on you but didn't know if I could undo it. LMAO

It doesn't look to me like there's any advantage or special things to having friends in your list. We used to have a buddy list feature which I assume was the same. I guess people just never really noticed it.
