Would that be the 7 liter Z06 dan...... :)

I traded in my gladiator Tahoe for a LIGHTNING , then decided my childhood was over and spent my $$ on important things(family). I drive a beat up 94 ranger now because it just won't die and the better half has the 06 nissan senta I bought her last christmas.

Hey Paul, my childhood's just beginning - heck, before long I'll probably be in diapers again. Just had to have the 427 Z.
Ryan, your Jeep pics out on the stream bed are great. Thanks.

Way to got Dan. I traded my lavish toys to help my family. I am still a child at heart and will aquire a fun toy again some day.

I do still have a 63 vette torn down up in PA that I have no $$ to do correctly right now. The 526 ci street engine got me in too much trouble and I lost my license 8 years ago for doing 170 on the garden state parkway racing a 911 at 4am on my way home from Atlantic City.. I won too:main_lipsrsealed:

Thanks, its actually a river that gets very low in the summers, my jeep would be under water right now if it was there.

Nice, us <2.0 FWD losers would kill for a RWD beast like that. And 27 MPG is amazing, I had to get a 1.8 to get 33-35 MPG...

98XJ, dooood! I love your ride. If you look at the first page if you haven't already you'll see mine. I'm a former jeep owner myself, not an XJ, but a '98 wrangler sport, 4" superlift, 33" swampers, 5 spd. I loved that jeep and I still miss it.

Here's what I got in place of her though Nissan Xterra, I posted a pic on the first page but here's a newer one after I installed the longer rear shackles and new rancho shocks.
3" body lift, 1.5" suspension lift, 15" cragar rims, 32" BFGoodrich AT's. I was going to do a solid axle swap but those are time consuming, I guess I'm happy with the mods I've done so far.

This sticker is for you XJ

Very nice Xterra, its another one of those vehicles that should never have come from the factory with IFS or tires smaller than 31s. My first vehicle was an 87 wrangler, lifted about 2" and had 31s. Good times, good times. Nothing better than going beyond where the well beaten path ends :D

Just because I can't help but show off :D

That's some beautiful scenery Ryan! We have a '97 Wrangler Sport that only gets to see our driveway since it only gets 13MPG. LOL

Wow, I wish I got 13 MPG! :main_laugh:

On a good day I'll get 11.

My XJ still gets 18 highway, 14 city. With gears I should see 18-22 MPG. :main_thumbsup:

Oh snap! You're really lucky to be gettin that kind of MPG. I think my problem is the offset on the rims, they stick out from the fenders creating more drag thus less MPG. I like the wide stance look anyway.

I have some off roading pics as well :D
This ride isn't your typical mall crawler afterall. ;)
(These were taken when I just had the 3" body lift and old 31's on her, I also had the rear sway bar on still so there wasn't much flex going on)

Glad to see its not a tar baby:main_thumbsup:

Nice wheeling, I don't have wheeling pics mostly because I usually end up alone, or without a camera person.

I get around 11mpg's on my Buick Roadmaster with the 5.7 modded corvette engine. I don't complain though, it's FUN to ride!:D

I get 3-5 MPG in my evil 86 F600 work truck.. hahaha. Talk about 4 wheel drive. That thing pulls a 9800 pound chipper almost anywhere. Get stuck.... shaft driven winch:main_thumbsup:

Here's mine:

Ok, well not any more. I sold it a couple of years ago because it was a third vehicle and since I live in a townhouse I didn't really have the room for it.

This is what I drive now:

This was the day a tractor trailer decided to hit my Mazda. The car was parked and no one was hurt. The car has since been fixed.

Nice, 92-95 I would guess? Probably 4 cyl./5 speed. Very much like my first jeep, but mine wasn't a sahara.

How do you like the mazda? I was considering one as a replacement for the DD in a year or so.

'95, 3-speed auto, "Rio Grande" to be exact. Trust me mine wasn't a Sahara, to me the Sahara is a "soccer mom's" Jeep. I'll be getting another Wrangler in a few years. The Mazda gets paid off this summer and I want to save up for a nice down payment.

I love my Protege5, I wish that I would have waited for the Mazda3 to come out (6 months later). Both the Protege5 and 3 are very sporty. If you can spring for it, go for the Mazda Speed 3 it is turbo charged and all-wheel drive. It always wins Car and Drivers comparison tests. It beat out the Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V, Subaru Impreza WRX, Mini Cooper S and the Volkswagen GTI.

:2thumbsup: I couldn't quite read the back, the XJ guys want the flares from them though, wider and let you open up the wheelwells :D

Yeah, I was looking at the mazda speed 3, but if I get a new vehicle, I want an upgrade, and other than personal preferences it's kind of on par with the celcia in stock form. Page back to that vette:D
