What lighting should I get for my Leo gecko?

I have a 55 gallon, 4 foot long tank for my leopard gecko, Rex. I see so many different answers online, I just don’t know anymore. He has a metal wire lid. What light source should I buy?

I actually only use the ambient room light for my leopard geckos. However, more people are planning lights for their leopard geckos now. Check out arcadiareptile.com and read about their lighting suggestions.
