What Morph is my Gecko?

Hey Everyone,

I was just wondering if anybody knew what morph my gecko is known as, She's got quite an orange tail underneath. Would appreciate any help. Thanks

Normal, or maybe High Yellow.

That's a very nice high yellow (normal). A carrot tail needs by definition to have at least 15% orange on it (IMO even more...), so it's not a carrot tail.
In any case, s/he is beautiful!

Thanks I thought that, but I wanted opinions She's called Aurora.. however she was meant to be a He but I've checked for Anal glands about 4/5 times and she is almost 5 months old now so I assume I'd of been able to see Anal glands by now if She was a He so lol. She is most definatly beautiful

:main_laugh: "Anal glands." What you are looking for are hemipenal bulges and/or femoral pores. A V-shaped line of prominant pores plus bulges on either side of the tail base indicates male. If you want to know for sure post a pic of the cloacal region and I'm sure we can tell you definate sex. Btw, nice high yellow. :main_thumbsup:

Yeah lol but It's easier than writing Hemipenal Bulges LOL.. Thanks though. Yeah there are no V shaped pores thats what I meant by Anal Glands (I read loads of books) but.. was abit stumped as the pet shop said he was mail but im pretty sure im correct, ill try get a good pic an put it up soon. An Thanks she is beautiful.

Are you referring to the Bulges or the spots on my gecko? .. If you mean on my gecko she had them when I got her an she was 3 months old maybe abit less. But before that I'm not sure.

It looks to me to be a High Yellow with Tangerine influence, as evident by the small amount of carrot on the tail. It's very good looking.

Yeah she has the same bit of tangerine on her elbows on each leg. Im still trying to get a good photo to put up to get peoples opinions of her sex but she wriggles bless her.

Right ive tryed getting some pictures of her underneath but there not great there is one really good view... Let me know your opinions... I think she is definatly female.
