This may sound like I'm on the wrong forum, but...I've been sitting here Googling my lizard, trying to find pictures of another one that looks like it. Spots, grayish brown, size and speed of a Ferret on Red Bull. (Did I mention a ring tail on the little 'un? Suction cup toe thingies on Gigantor? I'm sure about the tail, could be wrong about the suction cups. I only got a glimpse before cowering.)
I think you folks maybe right about the House Gecko. Mediterranean House Gecko looks pretty close.
Also decided to try to catch him or her. I'm completely open to suggestions, as my Mediterranean House Gecko mating call isn't doing jack.
Y'all make them sound like good pets.
Be fore warned, though...if this thing DOES eat my eye lids, I'm gonna be a very frequent contributor here. Won't be able to sleep. No eyelids? Duh?

Sounds exactly like a Mediterranean Gecko (Hemidactylus turcicus). I could defiantly see how a full grown, adult, would look like a leopard on the ground =P…
