What to feed meal worms?

Okay, now before some of the older members in here huff and puff that this has been asked a million times, lol. I did do a search and I don't find that search helpful at all. It never gives you what your looking for.


Anyway, I'm just wondering what do you feed the meal worms?

24-48 hours...I ususally do 48.

i don't refrigerate mine, so they are jsut constantly eating. I find baby carrots to be perfect, because i can just grab a handful and toss them in.

I also give them scraps leftover from whatever i make for dinner, like the potato skins or orange peels
