I just thought I'd post some pics of one of my captive bred tokay juvies. This is Maui. He's 4 months old. Notice the lack of blood on my hand. :D Maui is the perfect example of why buying captive bred animals is always a good idea. Tokays have a bad rep for being aggressive, and most of my wild caughts are very much so. However, when you spend a bit more money, take some time to show the gecko that you are not a giant who has gecko-steaks on the mind for dinner, you can get something like this:

Thanks for looking.:main_thumbsup:

Awesome camera! What are you using?

I'd love to get a tokay, and for sure it would be captive bred. You have a nice gecko for sure.

Thanks.
Maui is captive bred. He's a little on the testy side in his cage(growls at me) but is fine once he is picked up. He has always been this way.

Lol believe it or not it's a point and shoot. :D It's an old Olympus D-490 Zoom using the macro setting. I've found you can take good pics with a mediocre camera as long as you use good lighting and learn the camera setting well.
