Ok so i was 99% sure the last hatchling was a Aurora(LVPA Enigma), but the incubator through me for a loop this AM. This little one hatched and is a perfect patty animal with a yellow stripe, which i beleive kelli's first patty Engima had. Which leads me to beleive this is the real LVPA enigma and that they may be visually different. The other hatchling i thought to be a Aurora by the frosting on the tail, which is on some patty snow enimgas. I do beleive this little one to be the true Aurora, but please let me know what everyone thinks. And by the way no circling at all, even for a albino...lol

This one reminds me more at an enigma than the other one.
he has this 2 little spots on his neck and the yellow stripe you described, so I belive this is an real aurora - cool name
Congrats to this one

I hesitated to post in the other thread because it looked like a regular MSLVPA to me... Now this one... WOW! Very cool! I'm impressed to say the least... Huge congrats!

From the pics Ive seen soem of the patty enigmas have the cool yellow stripe and some do not..Granted thats from pics ive seen and not actual animals I have hatched lol. Either way thats a cool couple of mack snow rainwater patternless possible enigma babies lol

With so much variation possible between Enigma siblings they could both be Enigmas.....maybe? I would agree that this one looks more typical Enigma (whatever that is, LOL).

I agree with the tons of vvariation they could both be enigmas, but I would put good money down that this is the real worlds first Aurora. But who knows they could both be...lol Cool project none the less.

Pat, every season we all start to guess on a few new genetic crosses. I have no clue honestly, but they are awesome either way.

You can see quite clearly that it's a visual Patternless. Beyond that, some time may need to pass before you can tell for sure what it is. None the less, Huge Congrats!

On a side note though, I really don't care for the cryptic names on these genetic crosses. They give absolutely zero insight as to the genetic make-up of said animal. But hey, to each their own. :main_lipsrsealed:

I actually agree with you on the names, but i had to make a exception due to this is my first combo i can rightfully name. And to me it doesnt matter what they are called, but it may help a few people. I wasnt going to name these guys at all til the name aurora came up, I was concidering names but was not sure yet.

I have no clue either, but this one does look more Enigma-like than the last one.. that yellow stripe is really awesome too ;) at any rate, both of them are absolutely gorgeous, congratulations!!!

Well I guess test breeding is in order.

i agree, when i started this project over a year ago i knew it wouldnt be cut and dry...lol But I do beleive this is a LVPA snow enigma and hopefully the super form will be easy to ID (but i doubt)
