I only mentioned temps because mine were too low for about a week, and my largest gecko ended up not being able to digest her food. What ended up in her tank is sort of like what your picture had...then she stopped eating altogether. I had to add another heat lamp to keep the temps up over night.
I hope your gecko is okay. If it was sand, be glad it's making its way out instead of impacting. :main_thumbsup:
Don't take anything people say on here as harsh or degrading. It's extremely hard to relay any type of concern/kindness through typing over the internet, so just read whatever people suggest in a "helpful and kind" tone... otherwise everyone is going to come off as a jerk LOL
