xmas lights!

I figured we could do a christmas lights thread like the halloween one. post your lights or any cool ones you see.

here s my house not much just started today Xmas in Florida LOL

Dude I'm totally going to have to post pics from our annual trip to New Orleans here. People down there go crazy with the lights. I think they are making up for the lack of snow with ginormous santas and reindeer on their lawns.

Man I wish we could hang lights, it would be a PITA to put them up and take them down every year. Our house has way too many high peaks lol.

I have a customer/friend that starts puting lights up in august and doesn't get them all down until march. I'll post some pics when I get them, but it might not be until right after christmas when my family visits.

:main_laugh: Rick that would TOTALLY be my husband. Although, he has told me if he ever consented, and put up lights, they would be up year round because he is NOT getting up and down a ladder that many times twice a year just for Christmas lights!

Don't have pictures...but my brother (who sleeps in the attic), did his room up with...i'd say 1000 lights, on every beam across the ceiling and on the walls, and more! It lights up at night, and you can see it glowing from outside.

alright, first off... i wish i could too comment that that is alot of snow... but living in central maine... ehhh... yeah its snow :main_laugh: just not THAT much anywho... these are not ours, and the pic is a couple years old... but my wife and i caught this coming home from walmart one night... had to snap a pic :main_laugh: enjoy! :main_cool3:
