yawning geckos

I feel kind of stupid asking this question, but do geckos yawn? I've seen a few of mine do something which looks like yawning to me. I was just wondering if they're actually doing something else that just looks like a yawN?

Ha you tell me mine sometimes yawns after eating you can sometimes see melies anyways here s/he is

When they yawn it is usually after eating.. do you think it is sort of the way snakes do after eating (to re-align their jaws after they separate) I know geckos cannot do that but maybe they are straitening out the muscles in their throats??

That picture made me yawn. I have seen our geckos yawn periodically. I'm just not quick enough to get the camera.

mine yawns. and sometimes she makes a little quaking noise. its the cutest thing! ive never seen her do it after eating, usually she just licks her jaws over and over and over again, thats cute too.
