For all you people who love getting some free stuff, I went to zoo med's website and went to the contact and i asked them if they could sent me and free stickers or poster. Well today i got the mail and zoo med had sent me 5 stickers, 2 tattoos, 2 window clings, and a trial size of reptisafe water conditioner and a trial size of reptivite reptiles vitamins.

That's pretty cool! I use to be big into Exo Terra, but to much of their stuff has been made very poorly now. My tortoise tank + stand looks like someone ran over it with a forklift. I was not impressed it was about $800. Luckly I have "connections" and I got it for free :D Zoo Med I've been getting a lot of stuff from lately and been very pleased with it. Same with Zilla! Lil more $$$ then Exo, but quality is what counts. Unfortunatly for me, I wanted to get the Zoo Med Mite Off Spray, and it's no longer allowed in Canada :( At least that's what a Represenitive told me. :(

Over all I prefer Zoo Med, too much of Exo-terra has become the "cheap" version of the other brands. Though sometimes I think that zoo med gives out too much free stuff. I work at a pet store and they send us so much free calcium that we might as well stop selling calcium.

Wow, that sucks. I wonder why they aren't selling here in any more. When I worked at a pet store not too long ago we used the anti-mite stuff several times on some snakes and seemed to work well. I hadn't noticed any after-effects.

There are some things I like about all three brands although Zilla is probably my most preferred even if it is more expensive. I didn't even realize I had a lot of Zilla stuff until I found this thread and realized that most of the products I have - save for my leo's moist hides and gutload for the bugs - are Zilla brand.
