I have watched her eat them all, I saw her chewing them up, and I have never seen any of them again.

Dwarf whites are pretty tiny. Are you sure that they’re being eaten, and not just burrowing into the substrate?

Add more isopods, maybe? What isopods are you using? Most people use dwarf isopods for clean up, which are too small to interest a fat tail.
