I dont understand how Arlington could have PETA goons as undercover operatives... Would they not need their own officers to go undercover in order for any of these dead animals claims to be legit??? I am sure the company would have their own records of DOAs and what not in order to recover losses...

If you ask me, this smells real fishy to me and I seriously doubt any of these charges will stick... Luckily Texas seems to be a mostly Republican State... Republicans are reptile keepers friends...

gregg seems that some of this info IS from their own records. it doesnt sound like they are trying to hide anything. also if he is a vet tech and supposed to be caring for some of the animals what did he do to to prevent problems, illness etc?

Good point. I wonder did the company call for a Vet Tech? I doubt he walked pass the warehouse like yeah can I look around and report you to the humane society afterwards?

Yeah pretty odd. From the way I've seen law enforcement work is that someone makes a claim then someone from the investigation unit or whatever goes out to see if the claim is valid THEN they do all the legal crap. Unless Texas is just special.
