just thought i'd share some pics of our tokay. He's extremely camera shy. he's the nicest tokay i know, he doesn't gape or bite, he'll give you a bark now and then but thats only when he's feeling grouchy. he loves to wake us up at exactly 3am with his mating calls, and his favourite food is crickets even though he gets a choice of every feeder insect you could imangine.

here he is around a year old :

we've had him for about a year now and he's filled out nicely (altho i think he may be on the chubby side looking at pics of other tokays on here but he is CB)
i'll upload some more up to date pics tonight when i get home as this is the only one i have on my work pc. unfortunatly the older he gets the more camera shy he is, he's fine when there is no camera around, but as soon as he sees it he hides!

he was a bit fiesty at first, but no where near as nasty as some tokays i've met.

i'd love to get some more of these guys, they have such characters, but haven't the space at the moment. the bedroom's already stacked up to the ceiling with tanks and my b/fs mum doesn't like lizards so putting them any where else is out of the question!
