chats not working on Mozilla firefox??

the chat wont come up on Mozilla Firefox? it will come up on internet explorer but not on my firefox does anyone else have this problem or had it at one point?

Hmmm. The only thing I can suggest is clearing your cache and history and try again. What error message if any are you getting?

You may have to upgrade to a newer version of firefox to be able to get the chat. Mine works perfectly fine.

I feel that your Mozilla Firefox version is up-dated. Try installing the latest version that might fix the problem
