I think the OP means that the eggs are attached to each other. If that's the case, then just leave them that way. Pulling them apart will do more harm than good.

Yea my one female leo's first clutch was the same way. One kinda on top of the other at one end. I thought that I should separate them, but thought it'd be better to leave them that way.

I have a pic of them in my eggs incubating thingy :p
