I wouldn't have known how to ship the crab anyway.. we have a Snow Corn Snake we still need to rehome Forever I don't know how to ship those either, but we could just meet up with you on our way to Lodi

That's why I love Oregon Jess. I'm 1 hour or less from everything...mountains, coastline, desert/dunes, etc.

I know, that's why I love Oregon too.. you can walk to the beach and have a forest in your backyard.. actually, living in Oregon would be like a dream come true for Mike and I!! We'll just start out slow.. move to northern CA.. then after a few years, maybe move a little more north :main_evilgrin:

That sucks that you have to give away your cats, Leeloo, and the crab. I don't think I'd have the strength to do that. But, it reminds me of that Serendipity book I read when I was little; a dragon had collected a bunch of treasures and was so worried about everyone taking them, but then she ended up giving them away to her friends for safe keeping.

You'll be closer to MEEEEE when you move to CA too! I plan on going to CA sometime. Not sure when but when I do I will most certainly let you know and then we can parteh! ;P I'd love to see all your geckos!

Why does that book sound so familiar to me..??? I know I haven't read it.. can't put a finger on it though.. hmmm
edit: just remembered.. I think Amber told me about that book and has a copy.. I'll have to ask her about that one.
