Here are the first pics of our new store in Hygiene, CO. The lot will be professionally landscaped in the coming weeks, with a waterfall, rock garden, and more…….

The store is much bigger than it looks, and is in a beautiful location in the country, yet only 10 minutes from Boulder and 30 from Denver. The scenery around the store is breathtaking, with mountains, trails, horses, and a really nice little town, old fashioned and simple, like the good ole days.

Hope you like the pics. Inside store pics will be taken soon, and maybe a youtube video tour.

Please note that this is not my store, it is OUR store folks, all of ours. We are venturing into uncharted territory here with the very first gecko store in the world (to our knowledge), and if it works out, we hope stores will spring up elsewhere and more and more people will get turned on to leos. Imagine......

I'm impressed. I really hope you do well. It's one thing to have a business, like so many of us do, selling geckos with an online storefront, but to buy the property and physically set up shop is a really big step. If I lived closer I'd certainly give you business!

I wish those with online stores would post only those that are for sale. Then maybe another link to recently sold. Other than that, great site and congrats on your store.

Best of luck with the store! It's funny, my dream as a child growing up was to own my own independent record store (corny, I know but I was), now I would love my own reptile store.

Sorry those dropped off the screen....see next post.

A CO newspaper took some store pics today for their paper and those will be much nicer quality, and they took some great shots of T Rex, so I'll try to get them up soon.
They are landscaping the building now and it will have a cool rock waterfall in front and gardens with a bench to sit by the falls and hold your gecko.....should be a fun summer.
