Shawn, It might serve you better to actually learn about leopard gecko husbandry before you start giving advice... I am going to be blunt with you here... You advice is not only wrong but bad as well...:main_thumbsdown:

not sure if everyone else notices it but hes been going to EVERY post and post some kinda of misinformation to everyone...i think he is doing it on purpose. either troll or like to get attention from others about his bad advise

He was banned recently. He had two accounts and was answering his own questions to make himself look impressive, which is funny because the advice he gave, um, himself was really bad... Just another troll.

I keep my temperatures 85-91 on the warm side and 79-83 on the cool side.

Serious? Wow, this person needs to GET A LIFE. How desperate do you have to be to stalk a reptile forum?

You always have to deal with people like that in every forum. Somebody always thinks they know more than they think. I know a good amount but i know when i am clueless and will ask for advice. That means that you really want to learn the right way.

The temps are fine and thats what i keep mine at. All my tanks are set at the same temps hot side is in the mid to upper 90's and cool side is lower 80's.

Some geckos like to lay in the open under the light and some don't want to have any light on them and go in their hides as soon as the light goes on. To me each gecko is differant and likes differant things. Some like light some don't. Some like to be in their hides some don't. I have notice this with my geckos and each one seems to do the same thing over and over. Even geckos in the same tanks will act differant.

Oh, you have no idea! Shawn 119, Geckospots, and Shawn97 are all the same IP address. Some people must have too much time on their hands.

I've seen a large amount of posts by Shawn that is giving completely incorrect information. He isn't helping the reptile community we have here, but he is just out right giving bad advice.

:main_rolleyes:
