Normally I don't like to complain, but this has been bothering me so much lately.

If you are not positive on something, just don't answer the question. I have seen so many people giving out false info here, especially in the morph/genetics section. It's not helping someone when you tell them the wrong thing.

I concur. I don't offer up advice unless I'm 90% sure I'm right. That's why I never post in morphs and genetics because I know very little about that stuff.

I also tend to answer with ... "in my opinion," " I once read/heard/saw" ... just so they know its not pure fact.

Many people don't know that their information is wrong. That's probably more of the problem.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I do know that a lot of people probably think that they may be right, but I also see people saying that they don't know about genetics, but they think...

It just gets really frustrating. Especially in a thread where the first 6 replies are all incorrect.
