I know how you feel, I found a real pretty jungle tremper on CL for $30 but it's 2 hours away (never anything where I live) and I don't have money for gas and everything. :( Hopefully something will come along to help ya out so you can help out the leos. :)

I feel your pain. I'd love to have another gecko now. I'd really like a male and I've found one I'd like on a website. But I has no moneys. ;-;

So they are male and female and have always been in the same cage. I think they are about 7 months old. I don't want babies yet..not set up for it..but not sure about separating them either.. they are so cute together. When I know my other female is healthy I can maybe put the females together.... not sure..

ideas??

oh they were on sand too...so we changed that as soon as they got home!

Very pretty! If i were you, i would seporate them ASAP(if they are, in fact, male and female & you don't want babies..) you can probably put a tank divider in the tank and use that or put one in another tank, but you want to have them in quarantine for at least 60-90 days(correct me if im wrong). So if you want the female in with the other female, it will have to be after that amount of time. good luck with them! I'm sure they've found a better home with you than their previous owners :main_thumbsup:

I do have another 10 gallon...

this may be a silly question..but won't they be lonely if they have had a tank mate this whole time?

I will separate them...I don't need babies and the female isn't big enough I don't think to survive that at the moment. She will eat better too if they aren't in the same cage. The people that had them before us did put a cardboard divider in the cage while feeding because otherwise the male eats all the food.
