Jungle Tang Bell Growin' Up

This is the little hatchling Jungle Tang Bell I picked up last month at the White Plains expo. She's coloring up nicely with some decent 80% carrot tail (majority showing underneath). Took some pictures with and without flash in natural light. Her deli cup was just marked as "hypo leopard gecko" so I'm unsure of her morph, but I'm almost 100% certain she's a bell strain. Happy Holidays folks.

Thats one nice Bell!! You know the breeder? If I hatch one like that I holdback it for next season!

I have no idea who the breeder was, nor do I know of her background genetics. She was from a table at the White Plains expo that also sold tarantulas, tokays, golden geckos, and a variety of other species of things, I asked for their card and they didn't even have one - kinda weird - They were located at the very far left hand side of the facility on the side as you walk into the white plains NY show (if you're familiar with the place). I picked her up for $25 dollars, thank you breeders, whoever you are.

Very nice bell, wish i could add him to my collection. When you mean the left you mean the guy with all the glass cages right then a few rows of cups? If thats it, the person isnt a breeder but a wholesaler

Yep, you got it! That's where I purchased this bell from. :main_thumbsup: They had insane prices on their stuff. Another White Plains show is coming up January 24th so I suggest you guys check them out, she's got spunk and eats like a piggy. I'll be there again looking for deals if I'm not busy snowboarding. :main_yes:

Yeah, so just imagine what the holdbacks looked like! lol... If this was the "bad" one that they let go, i can only imagine what the ones they kept looked like!

This is what the hatchling initially looked like when I first purchased it so maybe the distributor/breeder (or whomever it came from) didn't know it's full potential or is just a mass producing place that throws them out and maybe can afford to let go of outrageous looking geckos from time to time?

Yeah this is the same bell shortly after I purchased her. She (or he, not sure yet), was only 6 grams at the time and didn't show as much bright coloring or as much carrot tail. But I did know there was definitely something special here so I snagged the deli cup asap.
