I think the real issue is, that all of us in the Round Room have a very special bond with one another. We are able to share our deepest selves without fear of being judged, any bullshit, or betrayal of confidence. There is trust and unconditional support, as well as a shared level of ethics in what we do in regard to our geckos. I feel it is a privilege to be a part of this unique circle of friends which has been earned over several years of posting, and Justin has not proven himself in this way yet.

It's true, I felt comfortable enough to share what happened to me last week with the people that are on here right now. I don't think we should change it. This Rond Room feels like home!

I know that we haven't known most of you guys for very long but we definitely felt an immediate bond with all of you. I'm never one to rock the boat but I felt like I wasn't the only one who likes the round room just the way it is. Anyway, I just wanted you all to know that we feel really lucky to know all of you!

Here are some of the reason I don't trust Justyn:

1.)I only believe about 50% of what he says.

2.) No one has every seen his 'reptile' room, and he is very secretive about it.

3.) A few years ago, he told me one of the breeders here (the one will know who it is) had crypto in their colonies and had to destroy all of their animals. I don't feel this is information to casually be blabbing to others about. It could absolutely RUIN their business reputation.

4.) He has been fired from a few jobs, including the zoo, for undisclosed reasons. He bragged about being in trouble with the law and having to go to jail for alleged robbery, so I can only ASSume the worst.

5.) He was visiting one of the breeders here, and after he left two expensive snakes were missing. (Not one, but two!)

6.) He claims to be bringing in wild-caught geckos from an unknown source, without providing documentation or guarantee of the authenticity of their genetic locality/origin. Also, bringing in wild-caught leopard geckos to the USA from most countries is against CITES... they must be at least F1's.

7.) He likes Ron Tremper. (LOL!)

For example, many Round Room members know I use legal prescription cannabis for pain. I would hate it if the word got out I was a druggie. I admitted here that I had been in the hospital's psychiatric ward for depression... I would hate the word to be spread that I am mentally unstable (even if I really am :dizzy2. I can think of a LOT of very personal things I know about some of us, and know that public disclosure would be devastating for them.

I dunno... maybe I'm just being paranoid?

I feel the same way. There are things that I will rant about here that I won't even take to the Insider forum, cause I trust it will never leave TRR, I can't say that with 100% certainty about the Insider.

I agree with every point Marcia made except the first one. I only believe about 2.8% of what he says, which, unfortunately, would include any promise he may make about keeping Round Room discussions private. Sorry, Kelli.
