I haven't lost a gecko yet (knock on wood) but I still think this should be a sticky!!!!

Also- Make sure you run around the house calling it's name and cussing at it...That always helps.

Thats is so dang funny, lol, sounds like what i would be doing, cussing while i start shutting doors and runnin round.

I vote for sticky too, this was a really good read! I've luckily only had one leopard gecko escape, and that was my 3 month old baby :$ I was so sure it would be dead, but after 3/4 days (after I had pretty much given up hope) it came calmly out from under the tv stand. He was fine and has continued to do well, he's 6 months old now God knows where he went as I turned the room upside down daily. I was sure he'd be down between the floor boards as he was small enough. Maybe he did lol I'm just glad he came back!!

Stinky has been found! Found him all cuddled up in the corner of the storage room. He was so cold, boy little guy. He ate and went to bed on the warm side. I am concerned though, last night he was very snippy and crabby, getting up on all fours and trying to bite me. Must have taken a toll on him. Anyway, thought I would let you all now that hes back.

Just a suggestion. You might make the carpet installers aware of your loss. She may just appear to one of them.

Check the back of your racks, my only escapee was laying on the heat cable behind another tub levels above her own as happy as can be.

Hey, thanks Adam.
And thanks to all the "Sticky Commentors"
and the "Bureau of Missing Geckos "
for all the support staff, funds, and
tracking devices used in a 99.7 %
success rate in gecko finding.
The .3 % not found was only a shed.
Later DNA matches found another that we we
not looking for. All in all a pretty good day.

We are currently tracking an escapee, we just got home from camping to find two missing. We found one but the other is still on the loose! So far we found two poops in separate closets so he mustve been out awhile....(grr geckositter!) I really hope we find him :-/
