that was my laziness of not wanting to edit pics.

this is a pic i got the other night in my MA class. its me doing a sutemi waza (sacrifice throw) to one of the other students. the throw was by the head and disigned to break the neck befor the person even leaves the ground. any throw can be turned into a sacrifice throw by kicking your own leg out and using your own weight to drive the person into the ground even harder.

ill have more later when i get the rest of the pictures. theres even going to be pics of me getting driven into the ground.
