OK, so lately I've been curious to see what the most common leo personalities are. So far Slushy is fearless and wants to know what everything is and Milkshake just sits and stares at everything. If I put one of my bearded dragons by her tank she will wake up, come out, stare at them, then she follows them around from inside her tank. she also loves to watch them eat, even if it means waking up just to see them.

Kirsa, my super snow is lazy, doesn't give a crap and loves her back scratched. Nagini, my shtct is kinda skittish and doesn't really care to be touched much. My boyfriend's leo is only a month old, so she is still getting used to handling, but she is curious and wants to explore.

My spiny lizard is spazz, can hardly touch him at all.

And my snakes couldn't care less about anything.

My first Leo, Chica is very curious and always wants to see whats happening in her surroundings but she is also fearless and will try to attack my vacuum through the glass of her tank. My other Leo, Blaze is very skittish and always hides when you look at her but at the same time i catch her sitting and staring out at me when im in my room.

No one's beating my leo in a staring contest, but he's certainly curious about things. If the tortoise rams his tank a few times, he'll come running out to stare at her with his demon eyes until she gets scared (that is, bored or hungry) and lumbers off.
He'll crawl under a log or down your shirt faster than you can say "OMG YOUR FEET ARE SO COLD," but once he's there he just camps out and waits for ... who knows what. Food? Sleep? The gecko uprising?

He'll also spontaneously decide to rocket off somewhere else, generally somewhere several feet lower in altitude, and half the time there's no telling what's set him off. Ah, geckos.

Depends on the gecko. Sabi is very adventuous! Also loves his relection(is that odd?) Komodo is really chill and likes to just sit on you Sigs the same way. Vizard is more skittish to adventours depending on if hes full or not. Tamagachi is more of a sweet gecko, sits on you no fuse what so ever. Kyuubi is more of a look at gecko right now. Doll and Chaos are more... you have food then ill be your friend if not get lost. Juice is more of a id rather be running around then in your hands gecko, Bell Oni is pig end of story. Want her out you give her food! lol! Zen(like her name means) is super calm and relaxed even tho shes just a baby. B13 is a DEVIL! she hisses and bites and ugh! shes pure evil! 4 inchs of fury! lol

I would have to say all of the above applies to one or another of our Leos. The BBs tend to be aggressive and the "snots" of the bunch. My giants are mostly all laid back and love to have their backs rubbed. My tremper girl Akashia is my Miss nosey Rosey, she has to know everything that is going on in the room. My 2 girls raptor girls are my little social butterflies.....someone forgot to tell these 2 that they are supposed to care less about humans, lol. The minute you put your hand in their tanks..they are up your arm sitting on your shoulder. They each pretty much have their own little personalities.

I've had all those except Aggressive. Though I'm pretty sure I'll come across an unhappy camper one of these days. :main_evilgrin:

I voted for all except fearless and aggressive. My hypo female is pretty lazy when she is out she just sits there staring into the air and my Normal male likes to wonder around on my shoulders and sometimes tries to climb on top of my head.

I would say that Dash is curious - anything new in his tank and he's out exploring it. He'll crawl up onto hands if he wants to come out and at that point wants to explore everything. He does get a bit skittish if he's out when the kids are excited and bouncing around, but doesn't hide when he's in his tank - he seems to want to watch all the activity. If we go up to his tank, he'll usually come out to check us out unless he's sleeping.

That sounds exactly like mine!

Jewels knows when its time to to wake up, when to go to bed, and especially when its food time. She comes right up to the glass and literally watches me get her food! She's also a huge squeaker, yet loves to be held. Ram is the ladies man, I'll hold him up to jewels tank and he will actually run straight in to the glass and lick his lips. Even though he's not even a Leo, he's a pictus! ;) while she just stares him down like, 'you? Hah.' Pepper, my other pictus, isn't eating right now or coming out of her caves, so she's not too well :( foster, my other Leo, she has MBD, but she is as sweet as can be! She will just stare at you and I feel as though she is smiling because I saved her from the pet store. :) and then my chameleon is just a grump. lol.

For the leo, curious but skittish. He doesn't like being outside of his tank. Jumps at shadows once every other month or so. Just no reason all at it's a mad dash from one side of the tank to the other.

Gargoyle gecko- very shy, only cares about food and her basking spot. She loves that basking spot. No interest in handling but not skittish (anymore). Will eat off my fingers. Is fine outside of the tank so long as I set her on a solid object instead of hand walking.

Crested gecko- fearless. Walked up my arm two weeks after I got him. Wants to be outside tank all the time. Assumes preparation for launch pose near front of the tank whenever I open it at night. I am not encouraging his obvious inclination to jump on my chest when I open his terrarium. Only open one of the two doors so his jumping angle is blocked, then allow him to climb on to my arm. If I opened both at once there is no doubt that he's taking a flying leap on to my face as soon as the flight path is clear.

I didn't vote because not sure how to vote when you have more than 1 leo?

Anyway, I have two males. Bert is a giant (sized) tremper albino. Ernie is a normal leo. Bert is laid back, curious, sweet and chill gecko. And he's always looking for food! he thinks he's starving even though he weighs 127 grams! Ernie is tame and you can handle him but gently. He is more timid and skittish. I pretty much only handle him during maintenance. He also is a good eater but only eats when he's hungry. Unlike Bert who is looking for food at all times, whether he has already eaten or not.
