I really like sending gifts and it's fun during the short time that senders remain annonymous.. I love the element of surprise.. I don't really care *as much* about receiving something back, it really is more about giving.. but like so many others have said, that's not really the point.. it's supposed to be an exchange and it does suck when someone gets your name and never sends anything.. I still haven't gotten my gift from the Secret Santa in 2008, and neither has Marcia

I think it sounds like great fun! I participate in these types of things on other pet forums and it is always fun to see pictures of their animal utilizing what you send makes it all worthwhile!

Yeah, it's okay for me too.. technically the person from Secret Santa '08 had a lot of problems during that time and was away from the forums for months.. she finally came back and we talked a little, but she was still having a lot of health issues and other problems going on, and I haven't seen her since.. so it's understandable.. I look forward to the SEB this year
