I guess it would not be against the secret santa rules to ask for such a thing then? I would ask the person running the SS to ask, but if they read this board at all I think they would pretty much be able to guess who their SS is then.

It would still be a fun wait knowing who your SS was and that they were sending you a painted pic of a pet. Can you imagine the wait? Not knowing just HOW the pic is gonna look. *lol* I'd go a little nuts.

Alrighty, friends... sending out the last of the secret santa stuff this morning. I got a temp/hum gauge. Tongs (I have been dying to buy some!) a standing plant (which I love!), carpet for my 20L tank and a decore kit. Hehe I cleaned my tanks and set the stuff up ASAP!

Eek I still have to take a picture of the card it is AWESOME!

Yay! Jade- glad you liked the gifts. :] I knew right away to get you those tongs because I know I use mine daily! I used to have short ones (like 4") but the 10" ones make it sooo much easier, especially if you have aggressive feeders. I'm still waiting for my present from my Secret Santa. I sure hope they didn't forget- would hate to see them on the naughty list. Either way, I think I will be doing this again next year. I really like supporting this reptile community. You all seem super nice and close knit.
