Photo 1: Keeper of 2010 next to keeper of 2011 (half siblings, same father but different mothers)
Photo 2-4: assorted 2011 babies
Photo 5: CT eclipse baby

Sorry the flash and background don't really do the geckos justice, but they are pretty decent I think! Thanks for looking!

Some other photos that I liked from tonight- these are being used for a slideshow presentation on albino reptiles and amphibians.

Jon, those Eclipse are spectacular. If you ever have one that's less than 50% possible het Tremper, and has about 60% carrot tail, I'd be beyond interested. :main_yes:

I'm lovin' those Albino Aussies too! :main_thumbsup:

Thanks for the compliments everyone! I'm excited about the CT as well, it's taken many years to get consistent results.

"Super sweet stuff! I like the froggies!"

I'm excited about the frog project as well! The only scientifically documented albinos were found in Death Valley, CA in 1969 (J E Deacon, The Great Basin Naturalist 29:111) and some albino tadpoles were mentioned in the American Society of Ichthyologists and Herpetologists Copeia (Vol 1955, No 3) but they did not survive long. I've also seen a few other instances in the last 7-10 years of albinos collected in the wild but haven't heard of anyone establishing successful breeding colonies in captivity.

Here's a few more nice ones that were in shed last night. I'm really happy with the CT results for this year! Most of them are still young under 10 grams, but should get their full carrottails by 25-30 grams. To think I almost gave up on the project a few years ago

The three pics at the end look like a hatchling and an adult mixed - is that a leo or a different kind of gecko? Very cute either way

Those are pure albino Nephrurus levis pilbarensis- I started with my original possible het albino from John Mack stock in the late 1990s. Myself, Dr. Wong and a few select others have worked over the last decade to strengthen the bloodline and line breed for increased orange and pink intensity. There are some levis x pilbarensis crosses around but it is pretty obvious to anyone experienced with knobtails.
