Vote wich substrate you have!! I use Repti-Carpet...I dont use sand or any other loose substrate beacuse it is hard to clean, harbors bacteria, and can cause impaction.

I use tile as well. Perhaps we should mark that under slate since they are fairly similar? Hmm...

I use reptile carpet for all my leos. I find it nice to look at and you can wash it any time you need to.

although slate looks the best, its not as cheap and easy as paper towel. Paper towel is just overall my favorite. Its easily cleaned, cheap, and can be gripped.

I actually have repti-sand right now but once we find a bucket to soak it in I'll have EcoEarth.

I think there should be more options to this poll...... I use ceramic tile, though I've used vinyl tile too...and I've used playsand before as well, which is non-calcium based sand....there are other substrates people use as well.

I use both paper towels and Repti-Carpet with a second level of slate tile.

Tried sand once and it was horrible.

Someday I want to try a slate floor as well.

I use a sand clay powder mixture. 5:1 sand an clay powder. Thats nearly on the natural ground in their habitat.
