Hello everyone check out these pictures. I was quite surprised and lucky to be able to watch this happen.

These are from a Sunglow Enigma Post Het RAPTOR X RAPTOR pairing. I do have one other hatch mate to this pair that appears to be RAPTOR so i may have proven her out. I hope so it would be GrREAT.

Let me know what you think.

I have a nice video of this also that i will be uploading later when i have a chance to resize it.

The enigma has a small curve in spine however looks like it may loose some of it as it grows.

How amazing that you were able to get that photo and video of them. That's probably a once in a life time opportunity. We hatched a gecko with a curved spine a long time ago (the egg had gotten rolled by an earlier clutchmate) and the curve never changed but she did grow normally, was otherwise healthy, and let a normal life. It's probably not a good idea to breed it if it's a female but it should be able to live a happy life.

Congrats!

That's wild! It surprises me that they aren't identical. Very interesting, thanks for sharing!

I find that interesting as well. Same egg, but they must have been fertilized by different sperm for them to carry different genetics.

That's awesome! I do wonder why they're not identical though...that goes against everything I know about twins that share the same egg! lol
