Guys, lets learn to agree to disagree. I spoke with Matt and I told him to slow down a little with the excitement about what is happening. Is very hard, he is young and he is producing all this new combo morph and is very understandable that everyone does not agree with what we are doing.
I honestly think is best to find a shorter and why not exiting names for these new combo morph, I honestly think is muck easier to say NOVA instead of red eye tremper albino enigma, or Dreamsikle instead of red eye tremper albino mack snow enigma, just to use a few samples. Now many people may not agree but we can leave together all fine with or with out this name thing disagreements. I also absolutely disagree when people say this is turning like the Ball python market, in that market most of the breeders hate each other, we do not have this problem in the leopard gecko market, I think, at least in my part I feel very friendly with mostly everyone, of course a few exception for bad business practice, :main_lipsrsealed: , but I feel is stupid to start problems for things like this. Actually I cannot wait for the next Daytona show to see all the gecko freaks like us, :main_yes: .
To conclude, I plane to make a page on my site with these new combo later on and I will tell exactly what each name is and what it does mean before they go for sale. No one is obligated to call the red eye tremper albino enigma Nova, for us is easier and this is what we will do.

Alberto what did you cross for this morph? I only ask because for the nova and dreamsicle you listed what was crossed to create it and I think a lot of us are curious what you paired together.
And one shouldn't have to say red eye tremper albino mack snow enigma at all. You could call it an enigma mack tremper.
I just think it can get confusing very fast. What happens when we have enigma mack rw's and bells? Will we have three diff names for the same thing?

All I have to say is that Matt is making some very cool gecko combo morphs and if I was , you would see wet images of them as they hatched!

I look forward to his "world premiere" animals, whether or not I agree with the naming or not.

Sorry if the names are confusing. its like i said in the first post you all can call these crosses and combos what you like. for me and alberto it is much easier to call them what we are calling them so we know what we are talking about. you dont have to use the name. we are working on so many combos right now that when we are talking it takes us so long to say what it actualy is by the end of the explaination, we are both like what was that again? so we shortin things, kinda like a code. some of are crosses are like 20 words long and if you miss one word its a differnent cross.


as far as the ego trip :
it disapoints me greatly that some members here (that i have a great deal of respect for and have told that to there faces over drinks) think the nameing is an ego trip. it was not ment to come off that way by any means. It dose hurt me to think that i am nameing these things to try to sell geckos and be something that im not. its like alberto said this is not the ball python market. for the most part we are a close knit family of gecko geeks. many of us have relationships that go well past the geckos that we love so much. i never wanted to do any thing that would mess any of that up. :main_huh:
