Living Art just started releasing them so I don't think anyone else has started working with them, especially not outside of Europe. But I can't wait to see the potential of that morph.

Woohoo! I know what I want for my birthday! ;D .....In a few years when I can possibly afford one. :\

I never Said TUG had Black Pearls, Simply stated they were Canadian. You`ll have to find out yourself.

Of course. I'm willing to wait. It'd probably work out better for me in the end. I know it won't be for another few years yet before the morph is more wide spread, even in Canada.

they are already here in the US

If they really are recessive having them here is pretty exciting... Will be awesome to work them into some projects in the future... I hope one of the lucky people to get them posts pics... :main_yes:

I just don't ever remember recessive traits having a super form. I'm all confused once again.
I also can't wait to see what comes about with these.

I agree with you, I originally heard it was Co-dom, now all this recessive talk is loosing my interest due to the fact that it doesn't seem like anyone knows the true genetics on them.

I've heard both but it just seem like it is a line bred trate like breeding for tangerine instead breeding for darkness. May be some one working with these can clarify.

IMHO.. Line bred to the point of acting recessive , but that is just an opinion (and we know the saying about those right?)

TUG picked up 9 . But thats all know who will be working with them. I just though some in the U S would all ready have an Enigma X Black Pearl .

As much as I would like to believe this I will need to hear it directly from the man himself ;)

I dont understand all the hype... It is a BROWN leopard gecko... Why do you think there have been no natural sunlight photos posted...

I can bet that the uncertainty of the genetics is because it is a polygenic trait that appears to "act" recessive just like any other line bred trait...

I guess its a good "morph" to breed if you want to take bright colors out of your stock...
