Come to Texas, both Austin and DFW have great economy, easy to find jobs. Plus, it's cheap to live here!

South, or really far West. :main_yes: I haven't decided yet, and have a lot of things I need to factor in (schools, job market, herp laws, etc.). Hopefully I'll have some time to do some "exploring" this spring/summer. All I know is that this is my LAST Wisconsin winter.

Don't feel bad about complaining, Val. If you don't like snow, you don't like snow. I could feel bad too since those poor folks in upstate NY got what, like 8 feet?

It's easy to move here ...... just rent a truck and do it.

Yeah, just pack up a couple hundred geckos, a few dozen 6' tall racks, a house worth of furniture, and then hope to find a house ready and waiting for you, set up all the racks, unpack the furniture, get the power & phone connected, ... all before the geckos realize they just traveled 1000 miles. Piece of cake! :main_thumbsup:

Well come down here in a couple of weeks and help us move. While you are here you can look for a house and have everything ready when you are.

I might just do that. I want to see CA first though--AND I'M SO EXCITED I GET TO GO HANG WITH MARCIA IN 11 DAYS!! So far, the most I've ever seen of CA has been LAX. When I return, I'll probably head back to TX to go bumming around and check out UNT and real estate, etc.
