UPS WORRIES

It is now 10:15 am and my leo has not arrived. I checked the tracking number online and I am horrified to see that the delivery date has been rescheduled for tomorrow. Does that mean he is in a shipping box without food and water still waiting to be shipped!!??? I am sick with worry :'(

I'd contact your shipper. Find out if UPS has the package. If they do, they're responsible to get it delivered to you today, not tommorow(thats what NEXT DAY AIR is for) and you need to call them and find out why they're not sticking to their policies. As a side note, as long and temps dont get too low/high geckos can spend a couple days without food/water just fine.

Where is the gecko coming from? There is a lot of bad weather and UPS won't guarantee next day when it's a weather related delay. You definitely need to contact the person you bought the gecko from and find out what is going on. Good luck!

The next day air has so much fine print that they seem to get around that whole next day thing. They have something called acceptable delay, which means they can deliver it the next day if something, goes wrong.

I recently went through this exact same thing; my geckos got delayed 48 hours because of a snow storm. My advice is to call the UPS number and have your shipper do they same. The people working at the office can tell you where the package is and what is going on. Inform them it’s a gecko and it needs to stay warm. Ya never know your geckos might even get to rid up from in the side seat when they are delivered by the UPS person (mine did)

I hope that you find out if your leo is okay I will say a prayer for you and your leo that it will be okay I be very worrie myself if I was in your shoes so yeah I would call and find out whear it is and when will it be coming good luck let us know if you find out anything good luck.

Do you mind giving the tracking updates (where and what time they were at each stop)? We can probably figure out by the tracking what's going on. Other than that, call UPS with your tracking number to find out the reason for the delay then call the person you bought the gecko from.

I am more worried about him being cramped up for so long than anything really. That and water... and heat... ahhh I'm so worried!!!!
