I think that bumping a thread to get more or new information on that question is great. Bumping a months old thread to say "Cool", "Nice gecko", or "I agree" is pretty annoying!

I only respond to other people that respond to million year old posts. I never do it myself so I am probably only contributing to the problem.

People need to look at the original post date before responding to a post.
