So I was wondering what goes on with everyone in their normal lives, outside of the internet. Figured for those who don't already know, we can get to know eachother a little better. I'll start it up:

I am a Junior Finance major at Northern Illinois University. I am currently looking for a summer internship, and also a part-time job during the school year.

Well lets see outside of the forums I am a junior in High School, who is into science and definitely art. I draw quite a good deal and I would like to pursue a career in that field, preferably character design if I can manage it. Other than that I like my animals and hang out with my friends, listen to music, watch tv, and play around on the web. You know the usual teenager stuff.

I'm a nauseatingly happy married mom of two boys (ages 12 and almost 5), and work full-time as a legal secretary in Kansas City, Missouri.

My other interests include cars, motorcycles and motorsports, as well as hiking in the mountains. Taking a bit of a break from that (the hiking gig) since we now live (temporarily) in Kansas, right outside KC Kansas/KC Missouri. We moved here from Colorado (Boulder/Denver) last July ('06) and have regretted every second of that decision, climate-ly/terrain-ly speaking. I have found a couple really great people in Kansas City, though, which helps me endure the time.

We also love skiing/snowboarding, waterskiing, and generally being outdoors. I'm also a big-time horse lover. Looking forward to owning a horse again eventually. Geckos are really pretty much the only thing I "collect." I'm too anal and neurotic to collect more than one thing.

And we have two cats. Both are indoor cats. I acquired one from a friend because he "came with" the house when she bought it seven years prior to me meeting him. She was a dog person, so told me I should take the cat with me. He's the best cat ever, other than the fact he's starting to get a bit gross in his old age. Our second cat is young and has a rocket up his butt, as my husband says. He was a Valentine's Day present last year from my cat-hating husband. THAT is love. We'll have cichlids again and maybe even a reef setup once we settle down and buy a house (back in Colorado).

I love to read, and I love my "me" time in my car. I have a little 170hp, 6 speed SVT Focus with the Audiophile system that has the factory sub in the back, so I rock out to and from work every day - that keeps me sane (quesionable, I suppose).

Hopefully this summer our time will be devoted to restoring my 1976 BMW 2002.

The one thing I hope to accomplish in my lifetime, other than the obligatory and mandatory watching my sons grow up healthy and happy is to compete in the One Lap of America. Either with my husband as co-pilot, or competing against him if he won't let me drive at least 50% of the time. We're a little competitive when it comes to being behind the wheel...

I do inside (home) and outside sales for a small siding company, it's a really gravy job and it allows me a lot of free time to do what I want as long as I make my sales which normally I can do from my home computer or on the phone.

I spend way to much time watching tv, lol I have set times for each night of the week for certian shows that come on. I spend time with my animals and that about sums it up, I'm really laid back and don't like to party or go out bar jumping much. Guess I'm getting old...?!?

Im a metal fabricator/superviser at ppg. Can be a boring job. My hobbys are atving, hunting, horror, and reptiles as well as field herping. And while im not working im at home with Geckomandi with all of our wonderful pets and cold blooded freinds. If i ever get rich quick first thing besides buying us a log cabin on the side of a mtn is to open up a big shop and build custom bikes. I love my bike, but i do need to sell it.

I am a veterinary technician at an emergency clinic. I am also the proud mother to a very precocious 2 yr old daughter. I love reading horror books, anything about serial killers and sci-fi. I am hoping to start breeding my ball pythons, leo and beardies later this year and attempt to start a small reptile business for myself. I also do medevil re-enactment.
I have a busy household that contains:
3 female cats
1 dog
2 bp(though I will getting more at Hamburg)
3 female leos(will be getting a male at Hamburg)
1 Hogg Island boa(getting a female later this month)
1 pacman frog
2 beardies
1 western hognose female
1 sinaloan milksnake female
1 armadillo lizard
1 male kenyan sand boa
will soon be getting some african soft furred rats later this week.
How do I do it? I haven't a clue but it gets done.:D
OOPS-forgot my 2 betta boys-fluffy and spike

Hmmmmm....Well...I'm married, have 3 dogs, 3 cats, 3 bearded dragons, and 21 geckos. I love working with my animals and one day hope to open up my own exotic pet shop. But untill then the only jobs I have is taking care of my husband, pets, managing the finances and house work. I also love music and atempt to play the keys and sing. I love reading and playing video games. Final Fantasy is so addicting that sometimes I think I should go to video game rehab. If I'm interested in something I must learn anything and everything about it. I guess it's because of my OCD. I get obsessed with things and can not help myself. LOL. I also love to play pool and am getting pretty good at it. I have a slot machine addiction like you have never seen so don't take me to a casino. I love spending time with my family and having fun. Thats about all I can think of...

I own a balloon decor business, that I run part time, but seems to be running me right now. I run my husbands business full time, usually all day. I have two children, Amanda 15, Zach 9. I've always loved animals, from small and fuzzy, to larger and scally. I hate the winters here in north Ohio, and would love to move back where the sun shines most days.

I left the working world 6 years ago when the dot coms busted. I stay home, raise my 2 boys & watch their cousin during the week. My other payless jobs: I'm the "owner" of Freecycle Weymouth MA. I volunteer for South Shore Quests which produces a booklet of mini-hikes through our local parks in search of a quest box that holds a notebook & stamp. The goal is to show people how many great areas there are in their own back yard.

Let's see... aside from being a full time reptile breeder, I am a full time wife and mom. My husband Steve is a zookeeper, my son Conor is 5 and in kindergarten, and my stepson Kevin is 16 and in the 10th grade.

I enjoy music and art, and I am really into mid century modern design. Pretty exciting huh? ;-P

I was born in Valencia (Spain) but I moved to the Basque Country (that is not a country, that's just the name of a region that is also within Spain, weird uh?). I live with my boyfriend, my two geckos and my red slider in a flat.

I'm studying a high level computer science formative course (I think that there isn't an equivalent course in USA's education system), and my boyfriend is studying a computer science degree. I work at a pizza restaurant partial time, and he does nothing (at least he -sometimes- does the housework and feeds the animals).

My other passion besides animals is art (not watching it, that kinda bores me, but drawing and painting myself). In fact, I was going to do the fine arts degree, but I changed my mind in the last moment.

Let's see.

I teach gymnastics and dance at several elementary schools which is always interesting.:dizzy2:

Keith is a glassblower and part time DJ.

We spend way too much time collecting things: tattoos, watches, guitars, beer cans, geckos...lol.

I'm a Sr. VP and branch manager for a Regional Investment Firm. My wife and I are absolutely displaced (we are from the South) here in Milwaukee, WI (too cold). We live in a loft condo overlooking the Milwaukee River in the middle of downtown Milwaukee. She is in marketing and we are just now getting into Leopard Geckos.

Hopefully we will head back South in the near future. I've been talking to some other firms and am seriously considering making a change.

We enjoy sporting events, concerts, movies, the theatre, going out to clubs and spending time with our animals.

I lead a VERY exciting life. I work at Olympus doing Office Administrative type work...very exciting.

My roommate and I have a combined 7 dogs that take up a good amount of my time.

I love reading fiction novels, my favorite author is Dean Koontz. I have also read all the Harry potter books (Can't wait for book 7), all Dan Browns books, and some by James Patterson.
