I have a 12 yr old male beardie, two (1.1) leos (will be 2 yrs old 9/17 & 9/28), a 3(?) yr old female yellow Saharan uromastyx, a male African albino clawed frog (he sings ALL the time!!), 2 cockateils and a betta!
Quite a collection you got there, I find it impressive that the beardie is alive. Remind me what was there life span? I thought it was around 10 years.I have a 12 yr old male beardie, two (1.1) leos (will be 2 yrs old 9/17 & 9/28), a 3(?) yr old female yellow Saharan uromastyx, a male African albino clawed frog (he sings ALL the time!!), 2 cockateils and a betta!
He sounds like a pretty cool BeardieYeah, Scooter is a really cool dude! He's a German giant so he's two feet long compared to the 18-20" for a regular beardie (pogona vitticeps). Their life span usually ranges 5-7 yrs for a female and males can live as long as 10 years. He does have some neurologic issues and isn't as spry as he was as a youngun, but he's happy and goes outside when it's nice and sunny.
