I use a 2 to 1 mix of Peat Moss and Washed Sand, It stays moist forever and is a good medium for egg laying too.

I use Green Moss and it lasts a long time and hasn't got any mold on in yet. been using it for about a month. I wash it at least once a week.

Paper towel, one huge advantage is if your leo ever ends up having a problem like rectal bleeding you will be able to see it.

I've switched to paper towels. I used to use sphagnum moss, but some people have had their geckos ingest them somehow. All my geckos love their moisthide with paper towels, so that's what I use these days so I can sleep better at night :)

I use paper towels for one leo, and coco fiber for the other.

Now that I've realized one gecko isn't picky at all (the one on coco fiber) and the other is (the one who wouldn't go near the coco fiber), I'll probably be switching to purely paper towels since it's a lot easier to keep clean.

I use coco fiber in mine. Two seem to enjoy digging in it. The third probably wouldn't care either way and I don't know if she even goes in there.
