I picked up this 1.3 adult group today. Normals I know, but they're pretty snakes anyways. :D

And my favorite of the 4; a 500+ gram female with great clean, reduced pattern

Thanks Guys!

And don't worry Kev, I haven't forgotten my critters who have legs. ;) Think of this as getting back to my roots; I was a snake guy long before I bred my first geckos. :p

You make it sound like "Normals" are a bad thing... honestly I think people get so hung up on the interesting morphs that they forget all about the beauty in the "original".

Nice pick ups Ted.

hot damn! ted Im lovin the reduced pattern one, still got any ATBs left?

Isn't she sexy? :D She has sort of an enchi-like look to her, just without the high color.

I traded the last of my atbs a while ago, ironically my first bp (a pastel male) came as part of that trade. I hadn't planned to keep him but he grew on me pretty quick and hooked me into pythons again. I got an incredibly good deal on this group so I couldn't say no, lol. At least 3 of my females should be breedable this year. :main_thumbsup:

Thanks everyone!

that reduced pattern female is beautiful! you are addicted, ted...

Addicted is right. I'm starting to have dreams about ball pythons. :p

I think part of it is I had forgotten how easy these guys are in comparison to lizards. No misting, no multiple feedings, just once a week clean and feeds and they're good to go. I have a feeling ball pythons are going to start taking over my herp room...:main_laugh:

I like that reduced pattern a lot. Nice group

Thanks! Yeah that girl was worth the cost of the group alone, imo. I'm hopeful I can reproduce it. She's too small to go this year but def next. I'm trying to decide what direction I want to take with her; either an enchi or spider male to try and go with more pattern reduction or a pastel to bring out color and hope she passes on the reduced pattern herself.
