it's too bad our offensive line decided they still like their old o-line coach better than the new head coach. if they would have tried to block a little bit it wouldn't have even been close. oh well, faneca will join grimm and whisenhunt out in the desert next year.

Talk about a humiliating loss! The Bears are in trouble. Our line isn't blocking, our RB isn't running, and the QB's stink! Da Bears will be lucky to win 6 games if they keep playing like this. My week is ruined.:main_no:

Yeah, Derek... I really think the Cowboys got something this year. I think there's one main reason behind it: TO is happy. Its looking right now like a Cowboys-Patriots Super Bowl. Can it get more American than that? haha...of course, in football anything can change out of nowhere.

I think you're forgetting that last year's champs are still undefeated. Don't cound Payton out, especially not after one Bowl under his belt.

On another note, isn't it funny how much everyone Loves (nope, no stretch here) Randy Moss once he became a Patriot? So what made him so unlikable at (huhum) Minnesota? :main_laugh:

I still don't like him. I don't care what team he is on. You are what you are, no matter what jersey you wear. Although Favre wanted him in GB I was happy someone else got that problem child.

I'm not forgetting about Indy at all. I simply think the Patriots are better. They improved everything that hurt them against Indy last year.

What made him so unlikable late in his in Minnesota career and in Oakland was that he did not care. He did not put in effort to help his team. If his number was not called, he half-a**ed it. He wouldn't block, he wasn't a leader, he just didn't care if he felt they weren't contenders. The reason he is "loved" now is because of his talent. Its finally showing again and its practically unbeatable. I love him as a player (when hes playing), but as a teammate and leader... my feelings have not changed.

Yeah I'm not a fan of Moss at all. My big question is how the hell are the Pats gonna pay for everyone next year? That and their linebackers average age is 35? When they crumble they will fall.

They sure are making all their opponents look average or below right now. I think Indy's still very much good for a surprise. The best defense in the NFL didn't do very well against them last year, and the Colt's defense really stepped up their game and showed the speed nobody was aware they had with the exception of Tony D.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh...What the spy-cam will do for ya! You mean at the Wide Receiver position?

What a game for the Bears. Griese shocked the heck out of me too.

Bears fans like their QBs like they like their hamburgers: A little griese but not gross.

Oh yeah, and the whole Patriots Spy-cam thing... I've heard it said multiple times that many, or even most teams do it. Patriots just happened to get caught.

So the 2006 rating is over a whole season, and the 2007 rating is based on 4 games? That hardly proves ANYTHING! That stat doesn't even represent 1/3 of the regular season. It's useless!

If you can win the turn over game you will probably win the game. If only James Jones could hold on to the darn ball!! Ahhhh!

looks like the refs just handed the steelers another one over the poor seahawks. :main_rolleyes: i feel so bad for mike holmgren, he had such a hard time with injuries in that game too. i mean the steelers were without both starting recievers and two probowlers on defense, but the seahawks were completely decimated by injuries. that's why they couldn't win. i hate whiny walrus holmgren.

I LOVE Bears-Packer games! This one was terrible right from the start for the Bears. In the end they turned it around which makes me happy.:D One win at a time.;)

I guess it's one of those games where the better team actually didn't win. The Bills beat themselves in the end. I applaud the Cowboys though for never quitting. That kicker of yours was SOLID and yes a win is a win.

Dallas D did terrific, only a field goal. The only reason the Bills had more that three points was because of their defense and their special teams.

Maybe not perfectly, but that team in incredible. They are all proven players with a lot of experience. When you get a team like that, especially one led by Tom Brady, they arent gonna just fall off. That's not the kind of team that "slows down" or even plays streaky. This week for the Pat will prove a lot for them, and week 9 will show a lot between NE and Indy.
