LOL ... I wouldn't even attempt to stop you, 'cause what you call your leos is your business. My comment was directed at the morph name. ;)

We're going to have to wait to see what the entire gecko looks like. By 2010 it will be adult, and then its potential should be a bit clearer too. I really do hope this is for real. Blue's my fave color. :D

LOL! I can't wait either. Blue is also my favorite color. This is why I am addicted to Leopard Geckos. There are so many beautiful morphs that are currently out there and to add a blue one to the mix opens sooooo many possibilities it's mind boggling :)

I'm not too impressed with just the blue belly. Now if the entire body turns out solid that color, that'd be awesome.

I wonder what the new albino strain looks like, and I wonder how he managed to get his hands on it, as he put it.

Is it odd that there is 3, much less potentially 4 different albino strains that can't really be mixed (in order to produce albinos when mixed together) all from the same species?

Personally, seeing the blue belly gets me excited, because that means they is potential there for a blue gecko. Why does everyone have to see the finished thing first? I'm happy to see what may come of this. And I can't WAIT to hear more about the new albino strain.

I have a feeling it popped out of the albino line...I mean look at all the other "hidden" genetics that have come from 30+ years of "line" breeding?!

Also notice that the hind legs and feet of that gecko are pure white- no spots, speckles or any pigment!

Um interesting and I like the first pic from the article you posted JorgeV, it looks like a rainbow! .. Only time will tell though. I'd like to really see how that male looks today a little more than a year later but we're going to have to wait until next year :(

think you'll find the male died at 4 months old
It just looks like there is something physically wrong with those geckos to me…
*nods* have to say that no matter how many times I look at them I'm afraid I just don't like them at all :main_no:

i still stand by my original opinioin. just soooo much hype for something that is just....... blah
