think you'll find the male died at 4 months old

ooh see what I get for just looking at the pictures and not actually reading the article.

Now that I've read it I'm not that excited anymore the blue color faded as the gecko got older. When he has an adult that has sustained the blue pigment into adult hood then I'll get excited. But for now I think its just interesting.

IMO NOT another albino strain. What i'm seeing are Talbino_One a RAPTOR blue belly and the other a Talbino normal blue belly. And like the eclipse IMO we'll most likly find that blue belly is a added plus trait.I'm willing to bet that blue belly can be bred into both albinos and NON albinos like eclipse does.

I think it's interesting that they're getting more hatchlings showing this mutation. It's probably one or both parents that have a mutation in a gene that is producing blue babies instead of just a mutation in the babies themselves. Neat stuff, in my opinion. We'll see what happens with this strain.

OMG! Does anyone remember the chat joke I used to play on people? Blue Bellies het Normal? I even said that I got them from Ron T. lmao!

Also, it looks to me like he may have injected the blue as dye. If it was pigment, it wouldn't be so transluecent.

Matt wants me to add, he doesn't think Ron would do this...I guess I don't either. It just looks suspicious.

I must admit, I havent read he entire thread. Sorry if I'm repeating anyone...

To me, it seems like something internal. Just like translucent beardies. The scales don't seem to be colored, it looks like its 'just' translucent. It would also explain why the color dissapears at older ages.

They are gonna be sweet. I don't care what anyone says. Just getting the color blue opens the possibilities for other colors such as GREEN, PURPLE etc.. Look closely at the male profile shot. There is green on the side laterals where the blue meets the yellow. I cant wait to get one!
