i agree with paul and kelli. my only reaction was sucks you will have regen tail. hopefully being so young it will develope very closely to the original tail and have the stripe back with it.

Is that likely to happen? I've never seen a pretty regen tail..then again..all the regen tails I've seen have been on older geckos..

Ohh it seems like if he could of prevented it he would of. You can tell in the original post of his that it all happened in a matter of seconds and that it was something that he couldn't do anything about.

Everyone knows that animals are their owns bosses and sometimes they do things out of the ordinary that seem to just happen out of nowhere. Things happen that you can't do anything about because they happen so quick.

Sometimes it just gets so aggrivating having to deal with the people in here but hey i guess people have to deal with me too sometimes, lol!

Yes, it's a very natural thing to have happen.. that being said, if it had happened to me, I still would have been mortified nonetheless.. but they're still very cute hatchlings!

Khrysty, I have heard that the younger they are, the better their tail can grow back. Never like the original, but I have seen some very nice regen. tails myself :main_yes:

First of all, I don't think people seem to realize how long Jon has been keeping/breeding geckos. I`ve never purchased from Jon personally but I have heard nothing but good things about him, and I know he would never risk his animals "Tails" to get a rise out of people. So lets not get ourselves to excited...
