Leopard Gecko won't shed!?!?

So, I got a perfectly healthy year old leo about 2 weeks ago. A few days ago he started getting dull, but he hasn't shed. How long does pre shed last for leopard geckos? Have I done something wrong for my boy? Please help, I love him so much

He'll shed when he's ready, though admittedly it's a little unusual for him to look like he's going into shed for a long time. Are you sure his hot side is warm enough so that he's maintaining his natural color?

I actually thought of that today, so I got him some better equipment for heat and the temperature is looking a lot better. I'll check on him again to make sure. Thanks so much for your help, I just wanna do well for the little guy

It was totally the heat not being high enough. He already looks so much better
