Hi!
I am a first time reptile owner, and have a leopard gecko. They are for sure less than a year old and the guess is approx 4-6 months.
It has been eating and seemingly behaving normally—sleeps most of the day, sometimes comes out, switches from warm to cool hide and vise versa, is active during night, eating crickets and mealworms but mainly crickets, checks out it’s water bowl—however it has not pooped! It has been 10 days since I brought it home.

Temperature on warm side stays about 30 degrees celcius, dropping to no lower than 22-23 degrees at night. Humidity ranges from 30% during day and raises overnight.

I’ve read about possible impaction from food or maybe stress? At the shop I got it they used repti-carpet so no sand and I use the same. I don’t want to soak just yet because I’m scared of stressing it out and causing harm that way.

Please help! Any advice is appreciated :)

Recent pics of gecko for reference.

I had a new gecko that didn't poop for 2 weeks! THere's also always the chance that it is pooping somewhere and you haven't found it. Consider a scavenger hunt.
