I built this today, I'm still waiting on flexwatt and a thermostat to arrive, but the basic structure is done. It is made of XPVC plastic.

The plastic was about $120 for a 1/2" thick 4' x 8' sheet, and it took two sheets for this rack. I will be running two thermostats and about 20' of 4" flexwatt, which adds about $170 to the cost.

Very nice rack Tony! Very nicely organized and clean cut. I definetely need one like that, but its a little too expensive for me! oh well. My pink one will have to do , lol. =P

Thanks Jorge, but I don't think I could compete with any of the big name rack manufacturers. I might be able to do some for local pickup, but I'm pretty sure shipping would drive the price up too high.

You have a Laird Plastics in San Antonio, build one for yourself. :D If you can make ultra-realistic foam poo, a rack should be easy.
